Magnolia, AR – Magnolia Community Awareness Council (MCAC) and the NAACP Columbia County Branch will host a Candidate Forum on today at Southview Church of Christ, 234 Fairview Street in Magnolia, at 6:00 p.m.
We have invited all declared candidates running for State Representative District- 5, Columbia County Circuit Clerk, Alderman Ward 3 Position 2 and Columbia County Sheriff positions.
It is so important that our citizens get the chance to hear from candidates for public office before the election so that they go into the voting booth as informed voters. The candidates will have an opportunity to ensure that their positions on the issues are fairly and accurately represented.
Please plan to attend this very important event, and come with a few questions in mind for the candidates. This will be a great opportunity for citizens to meet and talk with the people who will soon be representing us. You don’t want to miss out!
