U.S. Senator John Boozman and U.S. Representative Bruce Westerman will visit Magnolia on Wednesday after kicking off their new small business tour titled the #TalkSmallYall Small Business Tour. The federal reps hope to focus on the challenges and successes of small businesses in Arkansas, as they recognize National Small Business Week.
On May 2, Boozman and Westerman will host a small business roundtable from noon to 2 p.m. at Peoples Bank’s new expansion along N. Jackson Street, then stop by Liberty Supply Company on N. Vine Street.
The roundtable is designed for business owners to discuss their concerns.
The Senator and Congressman are meeting with business owners to explore how recent tax reforms are impacting them and what regulatory burdens they face in the current business climate.
