Sheree Lynne Vickers, 60, of Lewisville passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at her home.
She was born January 9, 1957, in Magnolia. Her time was spent loving her grandchildren. She loved being Gaga and Gammy more than anything. She worked as a well-known florist for 20 years in Stamps. She was a hard worker and well loved by all that knew her.
She is preceded in death by her father, David Knighton Jr.; mother, Claudine Teague; and uncle, Johnny Knighton.
She is survived by her son, Gary Vickers and wife D.J. of El Paso, Texas; daughter, Amanda Cummings and husband David of Patmos; brother, Lanny Teague of Paris, Texas; sisters, Lisa Taylor and husband Bryan of Paris, Texas, Kristi Morrow and husband Mike of Paris, Texas, Debra Milam and husband Charles of Foreman, Dana Knighton of Hope, Kayla Propps and husband Aaran of Nashville, and Lacy Estes and husband Aaron “Buddy” of Springhill; grandchildren, Carly, Zoie, Chanellor, and Taylor; uncle, Larry Knighton and wife, Janice of Shreveport, La.; special friend, Wayne Barton, and her G&G Family; and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps with Bro. John Buehler officiating. Interment will follow in Patmos.
Visitation will be held 6-9 p.m. Monday, May 29, at Smith Funeral Home.
