POLICE/FIRE REPORTS for Tuesday

Marshun Stevvon J. Scott, 27, of Jonesboro, had a first appearance hearing Monday before Circuit Judge David W. Talley Jr. Scott was arrested Friday in connection with the Feb. 14 armed robbery at Peoples Bank Lakewood Banking Center on Hwy. 79 in Magnolia.

According to a report from the Magnolia Police Department, Scott wished to speak to his attorney, and the hearing was stopped. No bond was set.

He remains in the Columbia County Detention Facility, charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property over $5,000.

MPD reports the following arrests:

•Treymon D. Davis, 22, of El Dorado, was arrested Feb. 17 for failure to appear.

•Christopher Wallace Harris, 37, of Magnolia, was arrested Feb. 17 for failure to comply.

•Dietra Witcher, 22, of Magnolia, was arrested Feb. 18 for domestic battering third degree.

•Shannon L. Hardin, 54, of Magnolia, was arrested Feb. 19 for public intoxication, disturbing the peace, and carrying a weapon.

•Lawrence Randal McWilliams, 30, of Magnolia, was arrested Feb. 19 for driving while intoxicated and driving on suspended drivers license.

•Nicole R. Walls, 34, of Magnolia, was arrested Feb. 21 on a warrant from Little Rock.

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

•Carlos Gray, 29, of El Dorado, was arrested Feb. 15 for parole violation.

•Alesha Vincer, 44, of Magnolia, was arrested Feb. 16 for failure to appear-misdemeanor.

•Justin Ray French, 25, of Emerson, was arrested Feb. 19 for parole violation.
