The SAU Lady Muleriders celebrate a score during a recent game. They defeated Harding twice on Sunday to claim the 2016 GAC Tournament played in Bentonville. SAU moves will now compete in the double-elimination NCAA Division II Regional Tournament, which will be played on Dawson Field at the SAU Softball Complex starting Thursday. The Lady Muleriders (46-9) and the second-seed from the Central Region, will battle seventh-seed Central Oklahoma (39-18). The other matchup will involve third-seed Missouri Western (43-11) playing sixth-seed Minnesota-Duluth (35-15). See related story on Page 7.
