Hwy. 278 truck explosion near Stephens-Chidester area

Photos were taken after an ammonium nitrate truck explosion Wednesday morning. The incident left a crater nearly 15 feet deep across Hwy. 278 just east from it's intersection with Ouachita Rd. 80. The area is located roughly 9 miles north of Stephens. -- All photos by J.D. Bailey, Banner-News --
