Lindsay Thomas was unanimously voted in as the new Central Baptist Church Wee Care director by the daycare center's Board of Directors after she has served as the interim director for the past four months. As she steps into her new position, Thomas brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the unique needs of young children. Thomas has worked for Wee Care for the past four years, serving at all levels within the daycare as a classroom teacher, assistant director, and now director. Thomas is passionate about Wee Care, the children, and their families. There is great anticipation in Thomas to elevate the quality of childcare given at the Wee Care daycare center.

Thomas graduated from North Webster Parish High School in 2018 and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Arkansas University in 2021. In addition to serving as the director of Wee Care, Thomas is also working on her master's in Psychology at SAU. Her ongoing pursuit of higher education in psychology will undoubtedly enrich her ability to support the developmental needs of children and provide valuable resources for families.

CBC Wee Care is excited about the future with Lindsay Thomas in this role and looks forward to the continued success and growth of the daycare center under her leadership.
