Freddy Hicks scored a game-high 24 points, but the Arkansas State dropped a tough 91-71 decision to second-seeded James Madison in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament championship game on Monday night at Pensacola, FL. Magnolia's Derrian Ford also scored 12 points and hit a team-high three 3-pointers. The Red Wolves (18-16) are hoping for an invite to the NIT Tournament, with selections to be announced at 9:30 p.m. on March 17. First round games are March 19-20, while second round games are March 23-24.
