Farmers Bank & Trust is proud to recognize the 2023 HEART Award honorees. The HEART Awards are presented annually to exemplary employees who go above and beyond their regular job duties and embody the bank's core values of Honor, Excellence, Adaptability, Respect, and Teamwork (HEART).

For 2023, eight overall winners were recognized by their peers out of nearly 400 employees, across more than 30 locations in the Farmers Bank & Trust footprint.

The winners were as follows:

Big HEART Award – Robby Harrison, Commercial Loan Officer, based in Prosper, Texas.

HEART in a Team Award – FB&T Customer Contact Center, based in Magnolia, Arkansas, and Texarkana, Texas.

HEART in External Customer Service Award – Megan Stephens, Universal Banker, based in Paris, Texas.

HEART in Internal Customer Service Award – Denise Tucker, Loan Assistant, based in Magnolia, Arkansas.

HEART in Leadership Award – Shakyla Henderson, Branch Manager, based in Idabel, Oklahoma.

HEART in the Community Award (co-winners) - Sharon Payne, Commercial Loan Officer, based in Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and James Bramlett, Market President, based in Texarkana.

HEART Rookie of the Year Award – Tara Simmons, Customer Contact Center Representative, based in Magnolia, Arkansas.
