After making her third appearance in the Lois Davis Invitational, junior Logan Warren was named the Great American Conference Female Runner of The Week for the first time in her collegiate career.
Competing at her home course, Warren became the first female Mulerider to earn GAC Runner of The Week since Catherine Benavidez took home the title at the 11th running of the Lois Davis Invitational.
The native of Katy, Texas, finished her first collegiate two-mile race with a time of 12:40.7 that pushed her in front of a 53-runner course.
Warren prepares for her next meet at the Chile Pepper Festival hosted by the University of Arkansas on Friday, Sept. 29.
