JAMES WILLIAMS
James Harrison Williams, Jr., 65, of El Dorado passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center. He was born on November 19, 1957 in El Dorado, AR.
He was the owner of Midway Marble and Granite, a pipefitter for the Local 706, Gauger for Lion Oil Pipeline, and a member of Antioch East Baptist Church in Magnolia, where he was the senior adult Sunday School teacher.
Preceding him in death are his father, James H Williams, Sr.; and mother, Kathleen Smith Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Williams; two sons, Chris Williams (Erin) of El Dorado, AR and Seth Williams of Los Angeles, CA; grandson, Lambert Williams; and granddaughter, Emersyn Williams of El Dorado, AR; brother, Terry Williams; and sisters, Pamela Pitre (Benjamin) and Tammy Dennis of El Dorado.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. today, May 3, 2023 in Young's Chapel with Bro. Ron Owen and Bro. Larry Hudson officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Marysville Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
