John P. Rogers of Buckner died in an accident on Nov 28 in Rosston.
Around 4:24 pm Rogers was traveling Westbound on Highway 278 under dry and clear conditions.
His vehicle moved South off of the highway before colliding with a tree.
The vehicle then moved North and overturned before stopping upside down.
Rogers was taken to Brazzel Funeral Home in Hope.
