Authorities make several arrests

The Magnolia Police Department made several arrests over the past few days. Some of the offenses include disorderly conduct, possession of cocaine, theft and aggravated residential burglary.

Following are the individuals who were recently arrested:

• Kevin Thompkins 24 of Kansas City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest on 9/26/21.

• Marcelino Montel Reyes 28 of Magnolia was arrested for Driving Left of Center and Possession of Cocaine on 9/28/21.

• Dewayne Dennis 57 of Magnolia was arrested for Public Intoxication and Open Container on 9/28/21.

• Richard Hendricks 35 of Magnolia was arrested for Failure to Appear on 9/29/21.

• Telvis Watson 26 of McNeil was arrested for Failure to Appear on 9/29/21.

• Otha McKinney 67 of Magnolia was arrested for Theft on 9/30/21.

• Tauana Harper 32 of Waldo was arrested for Failure to Comply on 9-30-21.

• Telvis Jamerson 24 of Magnolia was arrested for Careless Prohibited Driving, Driving on Suspended Driver's License, No Proof of Insurance, and No Vehicle License on 9/30/21.

• Alexis Young 37 of Waldo was arrested for Failure to Appear on 10/1/21.

• Deunte Easter 22 of Magnolia was arrested for Aggravated Residential Burglary on 10/2/21.

• Chavella Hampton 32 of Waldo was arrested for Failure to Appear for Forgery 2nd Degree on 10/2/21.

• Lawrence McWilliams 35 of Magnolia was arrested for Robbery, Fleeing by Foot, and Resisting Arrest on 10/4/21.

In an another police-related matter, the Columbia County Sheriff's Office said authorities are searching for a missing man who hasn't been seen since last Thursday.

CCOS said Chad Tompkins, 47 of Emerson, was last seen at the Emerson Food Mart by family. Tompkins is described as 47, average build, being 5'10."
