First Day Hike on Saturday
Start the new year right with a First Day Hike at Logoly State Park on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022. The First Day Hikes are an initiative of America's State Parks. A hike is the perfect time to reflect on the past year and plan for the coming one. The 1-mile hike will start at 1:30 p.m. at the Crane's Fly Trailhead. Tennis shoes or hiking boots are recommended for this hike. All hikers will receive a limited-edition sticker. If you can't make it for the guided hike, you can still hike on your own. Anyone who hikes at an Arkansas State Park on January 1 or 2 can go online at www.ArkansasStateParks.com/FirstDayHikes and enter your information to receive your sticker in the mail.
