Magnolia’s Meghan Lindsey, after winning back-to-back Class 4A State Golf Championships, tied for third in the state event Tuesday at Sage Meadows Country Club in Jonesboro with an individual score of 76.

Nashville’s Ellen Spigner won with a 67, followed by Pulaski Academy’s Anna K. Nichols score of 70. Last season, Lindsey and Spigner ended regulation play tied at 77 in the state tournament. Lindsey won during a fourhole playoff. Lindsey is the daughter of Ray and Traci Lindsey of Magnolia.
