Magnolia first-year head basketball coach Ben Lindsey, who led the Panthers to the Class 4A State Championship, was named to the 2020 Arkansas High School Coaches Association East All-Star staff. He was joined by head coach Kyle Pennington of Russellville, Marcus Brown of West Memphis and Hunter Robinson of Rivercrest. The 2020 All-Star games set for June 26-27 have been canceled due to the coronavirus. No Panthers were named to the All-Star squads, but sophomore Class 4A MVP Derrian Ford was listed as a manager on the East Team.
