James M. “Pill” Sellers, 65, of Magnolia, AR passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020 at his residence.

James was born March 20, 1955 in Magnolia. He was a Christian man who believed in God. He was a master at the craft of carpentry. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and the companionship of his friends at the deer club. His coconut pie was family and friend famous. He cheerfully made his vast array of knowledge and skills available to any and all.

He was preceded in death by his father James M. Sellers and is survived by his mother Cora N. “Dolly” Sellers of Magnolia, brother Sonny E. Sellers of Little Rock, sister C. Roxanne Bailey and husband Darryl of Conway, sister Janice E. Campbell of Magnolia, niece Crystal S. Campbell of Magnolia, and his beloved dog Hoss. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

A family and close friends graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Eric Goble officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. He will lie in state for viewing and signing of the register book on Tuesday, March 24 from 10:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family requests memorial donations be made to Columbia County Animal Protection Society (CCAPS), PO Box 2003, Magnolia, AR 71754.
