Mr. Benjamin “Doc” Wise, 78 yrs. old, of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 13th, at his home.
Mr. Wise was born on September 7, 1941, in Lewisville Arkansas, to George Wise and Mallisa Henry-Wise.
Mr. Benjamin Wise joined Antioch Baptist Church in Lewisville, Arkansas, then years later he joined Buchanan Baptist Church in Stamps, Arkansas.
Mr. Wise is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, George Wise, Jr., two sisters, Dorothy Lee and Jeneva Howell.
Cherished memories will remain with his wife, Jewel L. Wise; (2) Daughters, Rachel Lowe (Julian) of Buckner, Arkansas, Sonia McCutchen of Lewisville, Arkansas; (1) Son, LaBronce Johnson of Stamps, Arkansas; (1) Sister, Callie Ray of Oakland, California, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, February 19th, at R.L. Reed Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia, Arkansas, at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Wise Cemetery in Lewisville, Arkansas, under the direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home, LLC. Rev. David Walters officiating and Rev. Mac Arthur Turner eulogist.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 18th, 12-4:00 p.m. at R.L. Reed Funeral Home in Magnolia, Arkansas.
