EDITH BLACK

Edith L. Black, 86 of Magnolia, Arkansas died on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia.

She was born on July 21, 1934 in Dallas, Texas to the late Ed Johnson and Jean Brewer Greer. She was a hairdresser for many years until she retired and devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. She was a faithful and active member of First Baptist Church in Magnolia and loved to cook and travel.

Edith is survived by her three children, Candy Black Chowdhury and husband Rume of Richmond, Texas, Cathy Black Kelley and husband Ken of Magnolia, Sammy Black and wife Melinda of Magnolia; five grandchildren, Megan Foshee and husband Brandon of Magnolia, Misty Chowdhury Neal and husband Mark of Sugarland, Texas, Samantha Black of Magnolia, Morgan Kelley Wyrick and husband Jared of Vilonia, Arkansas, Lauren Barker and husband Dylan of Magnolia; three great grandchildren, Harper Sullivan, Easton Sullivan, and Avery Black; and her caregiver Mashon Scott.

A public graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Shiloh Cemetery in Waldo, Arkansas with Bro. Dustin Wisely, Roger Dunlap, and Drew Russell officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc.

Due to COVID 19 everyone in attendance will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

CLYDE WILSON

Clyde E. Wilson, 78 of Camden, Arkansas passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on July 27, 1942 in Gurdon, Arkansas to the late Clyde A. Wilson and Rachel (Sloan) Schanzlin. He retired from International Paper Company in the mill maintenance, was a welder and enjoyed working with leather. He was a member of the Cullendale Assembly of God Church.

Clyde is preceded in death by his parents; a brother Ricky Wilson; and a grandson Chris Walker.

Clyde is survived by his wife of fifty eight years, JoAnn Wilson of Camden; two children, Clyde E. Wilson Jr., “Bubba” and wife Amy of Magnolia, Beverly Riley of Camden; three grandchildren, Blake Walker and wife Gina of Port Charlotte, Florida, Clyde E, Wilson, III “Tres” Wilson of Magnolia, Tiffany Wedgewood and husband Matthew of Port Charlotte, Florida; three great grandchildren, Ella Wedgewood, Alle Wedgewood, and Channing Walker all of Port Charlotte, Florida.

Visitation with the family will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the Cullendale Assembly of God Church in Camden, Arkansas with a Memorial Service to follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Chris Cleveland officiating.

Cremation services were provided by Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia.

James Gleason, 81, of Lewisville, passed away, Thursday, November 26, at his home.

Celebration of Life services for “Immediate Family Only,” will be held Saturday, December 5, 2020, at R.L. Reed Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Wise Cemetery in Lewisville, under the direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home. Rev. David Walters eulogist. There will not be a viewing during the services on Saturday.

Visitation will be Friday, December 4, from 2–4 p.m.

Napoleon Little, 64 of Waldo, passed Friday, November 27, 2020, at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, Arkansas. Graveside Celebration of Life services will be held Sunday, December 6, 2020, at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Waldo, Arkansas at 2 p.m., under the direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home.
