Danny A. Nix, 62, of Magnolia passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 at his residence.
Danny was born on May 17, 1957 in Magnolia to the late Aubrey Clifton and Ruby Lee (Aldridge) Nix. He was the owner of Danco and he enjoyed his hometown.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Dorris Fields and Francie Richie. He is survived by his wife Cindy Nix of Magnolia; daughter Halee Burchfield and of Conway; sons Dillon Nix and Dalton Nix of Magnolia; a granddaughter of Conway; two grandsons of Conway; sister Janie Edwards of Magnolia; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Magnolia with Bro. Dustin Wisely and Bro. Roger Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church.
Pallbearers will be Terry Gurley, Russell Johnson, Bill Norris, Jimmy Yates, Alex Hudman, Michael Elliott, Bo Hicks, and Ronnie Johnson.
