Bro. Antonio “Tony” Lamont McDonald, 42, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tony, a native of Magnolia, Arkansas, was an outstanding high school and college athlete.
Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Ward.
Loving memories will be cherished by his parents, Marcus and Renee McDonald of Little Rock, Arkansas; paternal grandparents Don and Othellas McDonald; maternal grandmother Ira Ward, all of Magnolia, Arkansas; his children, Antonio Lamont of Irving, Texas, T’Kobe and Lydia of Magnolia, Arkansas; siblings Felicia (Kerwin) Tucker of Little Rock, Arkansas, Reginald (Jerletha) McDonald of Arlington, Texas, Queria (Brandon) Nunnley of Cordova, Tennessee, Quersten (Christopher) Green of Olive Branch, Mississippi; special friend DeDee Owen of Little Rock, Arkansas; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019, at the Youngblood Auditorium in Magnolia, Arkansas, located at 600 S. Madison St., at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at 23rd Cemetery in Magnolia, with R.L. Reed Funeral Home, LLC in charge. Rev. Kenneth Ross officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, October 4, noon-4:30 PM, at R.L. Reed Funeral Home.
