Beech Creek

Hannah Barnett of Bossier City came Saturday morning and spent Saturday and Sunday with her grandmother, Janice King. Sunday morning they went to Beech Creek Cemetery to put flowers on Hannah’s mother and Janice’s daughter, Karen Dyer’s, grave.

Tammy Gurley of Vilonia came and spent several days with her parents, Leon and Sue Stokes. While here, they went shopping. Sunday morning Tammy went to church with them for Mother’s Day. She went home Sunday afternoon.

Patricia and Ethan Clark went to Bearden Saturday morning for Declaration Day at Salem Cemetery. The rain kept the crowd down. They put flowers on several Pate and Pennington relatives. They visited with cousins Monda and Bobby Green.

Coming in from Bearden they visited with Patricia’s Aunt Shirley. She was better than the last time they visited.

Saturday night David, Patricia, and Ethan Clark went to New Home Baptist Church, out of Stephens for a youth rally.

Sunday, on Mother’s Day, after church David, Patricia, and Ethan Clark went to El Dorado to the home of Michael, Dori, Hana, and Nathan Clark to visit and do Mother’s Day. They went to church together. After church they went out to eat with Daniel, Tiffany, and Holden Clark.

Wednesday when the storm came through, Beech Creek lost their electricity from 7 - 11:30 p.m.
