Johnnie “Buddy” Williams, 78, of Lewisville, AR, passed away Sunday; March 3, at his home. He was born March 2, 1941 in Lewisville, AR to the late Roosevelt and Leola Williams.
He is preceded in death by; his parents: Roosevelt and Leola Williams. Charles Hanes, Sarah Burns, Earlene Connor, Terry Williams, Emma Williams, Wanda Williams, and Crystal Williams
He leaves to cherish his love and memories to; his wife: Edna Williams. Five sons: Robert Gaines, James Ward, Johnny Williams, Michael Williams, and Mark Williams. Three daughters: Loyce Lloyd, Tina Williams, Christiana Williams. Four brothers: Roosevelt Williams, Percy Williams, Samson Williams, and Joe Williams. One sister: Pearline Sanders. Along with a host of family and friends whom will miss him dearly.
Celebration of life was Saturday, March 9 at St. James Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m. in Lewisville, AR with burial to follow at Old Town Cemetery in Lewisville, AR, under the direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home LLC of Magnolia, AR. Officiant will be Rev. Mac Arthur Turner.
Visitation was held Friday March 8, at the funeral home from 12 - 4:30 p.m.
