JoAnn Miller Wilson, age 87, of Stephens, AR, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Silver Oaks Health and Rehab in Camden. She was born July 4, 1931 to Clark Porter and Emma Lee Elliott in Stephens. She lived her entire life in Stephens. She is predeceased by her parents, husbands Claud E. Miller and D. W. Wilson, also brothers Parker and Clark Elliott and sisters Mary Garner and infant sister Bobbie Jean Elliott.
JoAnn was a member of Sulpher Springs Presbyterian Church. She loved her Lord and her family. Her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. She was a wonderful cook and loved to prepare food for her family and friends. She loved to play the piano.
Surviving her are her children Claudia Wooldridge and husband Danny of Springdale and Luther Miller of Stephens. Grandchildren Matt Wooldridge and wife JoAnne of Conway; Katie Brown and husband Tim of Van Buren; Carrie Ennis and husband Aaron of Springdale. Great-grandchildren Oliver and Mary Claire Wooldridge; Parker and Peyton Brown; Jacob and Courtney Ennis. One sister Corrie Nolen Perry and husband Sonny of Houston, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden with funeral services 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Funeral Home with burial in Elliott Cemetery in Stephens. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
