Stephanie Cooper, collection specialist at People’s Bank, is celebrating five years with local lender. Cooper started her banking career at Peoples Bank in June 2014 as a teller and has experience in the new accounts department and as a loan clerk.
Cooper is a graduate of Magnolia High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Arkansas University in 2011.
“Stephanie has this great combination of toughness and empathy that makes her perfect in her role as collection specialist,” said Mary Fowler, CEO of Peoples Bank. “She is a tenacious, goal oriented, high performance individual who is a valuable asset to the bank as well as our community.”
Cooper is active in the Magnolia Chapter of Circle of Friends, serving as secretary. She volunteers with Relay For Life, Magnolia Blossom Festival, Merrytime in Magnolia, Stew Pot, Magnolia Christian Mission and is a licensed Zumba instructor at Physique’s.
Cooper is a member of the Southview Church of Christ where she is a member of SVCOC Young Adult Ministry. She likes to spend her spare time working out, watching movies, cooking, dancing, singing and spending time with family and boyfriend Rogerio Rhynes.
