Charlotte “Charlie” Chaffin, 65, of English Harbour, Antigua, West Indies, formerly of Magnolia, AR, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 in St. John’s, Antigua, West Indies.
Charlie was born January 7, 1953 in Houston, TX. She studied culinary arts in England and was a cuisine chef for island resorts and private yachts. She has lived in Antigua, West Indies off and on for 30 years.
Charlie is survived by her mother Carolyn Chaffin of Magnolia and a host of cousins and friends.
A visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 19 at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia with funeral services to follow at 2 p.m. with Bro. Lyndell Chaffin officiating. Burial will be at the Emerson Presbyterian Cemetery in Emerson, AR.
Pallbearers will be Edward Chaffin, Morty Higginbotham, Sonny Cheatham, Wayne Chaffin, Lynn Chaffin, and Eric Eiler.
