The Arkansas Alcohol Beverage Control board of directors in January approved a change at Magnolia’s Walmart. According to the agency’s report, the 60 Hwy. 79 N. Walmart Supercenter’s current beer off premises, small farm wine, grocery store wine & sampling permits were regranted after a “change of manager.” Ethan D. Cox was named as the applicant. No public officials objected to the permit change.
