Edna Cross Irvin, 88, of Little Rock, formerly of Magnolia, passed away November 26, 2019, at UAMS in Little Rock.

She was born November 12, 1931, to John and Homa Jacobs Cross.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Mexker Lee Irvin Sr.; all of her siblings: AG, John Jr., Otto, and Roy Cross, Malvin, Marvin, Calvin and Effie Goosby, Greaner Bell, Mellie Armstrong, and Marie Paschal; and children Jerald W. Gordon, LaWanda K. Higgins, infant Jeffery Irvin and infant Lester D. Irvin.

She is survived by son Mexker (Joann) Irvin of Hutchinson, Minnesota; daughters Jennifer (Jack) Peyton of Dallas, Texas and Lisa (Roger) Sanders of Little Rock, 10 grandchildren, a special great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Irvin, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and kind friends.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Marks Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia, with interment at 23rd Psalm Cemetery in Magnolia and Clergy of Rev. B. J. Harris.

Services are under the direction of Marks Funeral Home in Magnolia.
