Eurice McDuffie Lewis, 84, of Stamps passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.
Eurice was born on April 20, 1935, to Alexander and Maudie McDuffie.
Eurice was married to LC Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; McKinley Lewis; children Gloria J. Gillard and Dawney R. Smith; brothers Leonard McDuffie, Jeremiah McDuffie, and SB McDuffie.
Survivors: daughter Mary J. Gillard of Stamps; brother William McDuffie of Texarkana, Texas; sisters Arzonia Gardner, Arzola White, and Eunice Ransom all of Houston, Texas; and Eunie Dennis of Denver, Colo.; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
Celebration of Life held Sunday, August 18, at 2 p.m. at R.L. Reed Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia, with burial to follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, under the direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home of Magnolia. Officiating will be Rev. Mark McNeil.
Visitation is Saturday, August 17, 11-4 p.m.
