Lee Van Brown, 86, of Waldo, AR., passed away Thursday, August 1st, at Magnolia Regional Medical Center, in Magnolia, AR.
Lee Van Brown was born on February 15, 1933, to the late Lee Gean and Lula Steele-Brown.
He united with Katie Brown for 63 years.
Preceding him in death are his parents, one brother; Lee Arthur Brown, three sisters; Essie Lambert, Corine Brown, and Eula Mae Brown.
Survivors: Katie Brown, two sons; Lee (Pat) Brown Jr., Terry (Diane) Brown, four brothers; Lee Andrew Brown, Lee Arthur Brown, Arthur D. Brown, and Linzell Davis, three sisters; Shirley Blackwell, Margie Turner, and Minnie Brown, seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Celebration of life held Saturday, August 10, at 11 a.m. at R.L. Reed Funeral Home Chapel, in Magnolia, AR., with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Waldo, AR., under the direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home, LLC of Magnolia, AR. Officiating will be Bro. Richard Zackery.
Visitation held Friday, August 9, from 12-4:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
