Jeanette Millican was born September 3, 1939 in Zwolle, LA to the late Thomas and Grace Pearson. She went home to be with the Lord on August 4, 2019 at her home in Bussey, AR.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Taylor, AR. She received her master gardener degree and was the manager for the WalMart garden center where she retired after 20 years. She loved flowers, trips to the lake, her deer that she fed daily and she fiercely loved her family.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Shirley Pearson and Virginia Pearson; two brothers Donald Pearson and Bobby Pearson. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Larry Millican; two daughters Rhonda Smith of Utica, KY and Elisa Millican of Bussey; one son Steve “Bo” Millican and wife Sherry of Hernando, MS; four grandchildren Micah Price and husband Jerry of Owensboro, KY, Cody Millican and wife Meagan of Hernando, MS, Kristen Dobeck and husband Corey of Birmingham, AL, and Madolyn Smith of Louisville, KY; three great grandchildren Grey and Charlie June Millican of Hernando, and Jackson Price of Owensboro and Jackson will welcome a brother in October; two brothers Doyle Pearson and wife Carla of Ingleside, TX and Tommy Pearson and wife Arlene of Hosston, LA; two sisters in law Sue Pearson and Bridget Pearson; numerous nephews, nieces and a multitude of friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Taylor. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 8 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Taylor with Bro. Randy Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at the Sharman Cemetery in Bussey under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home Inc. in Magnolia.

Pallbearers will be Cody Millican, Corey Dobeck, Jerry Price, Mark Richardson, Troy Pearson, and Stan Karpf.
