Sympathy is extended to the family and friends of Johnny Aldridge. He died Sunday afternoon. Johnny was born and raised in Waldo.

Wednesday evening Patricia and Ethan Clark went to White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church to DeAnne, they were in revival and Bro. Neil Clark preached for them. It was a good turnout. Several visiting churches were there.

Saturday evening David, Patricia, and Ethan Clark went to a Mission Rally at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Cale. Bro. Doug Clements was the missionary that presented the Soloman Islands Semanary.

The Clakrs got to know Bro. Clements when Daniel and Tiffany Clark lived in IdaBel.

The pink honeysuckle wild bushes are blooming around the branches and creeks.


Nathan Clark’s 14th birthday was Thursday. Ethan Clark’s birthday was Saturday. On Saturday David, Patricia, and Ethan Clark went to West Monroe to meet Michael, Dori, Hana, and Nathan Clark, Daniel. Tiffany, and Holden Clark, Dori’s parents Glen and Sue Thompson, and lots of friends to celebrate their birthdays. First we met at a trampoline park. There were 16 young people to jump. Later a total of 19 went to Rolins, a Japanese steak house for supper. Everyone had a good time and the birthday boys enjoyed their day.

Tammy Gurley came Monday to visit her parents, Leon and Sue Stokes. Tammy went home on Friday.

Visitors this weekend with Janice King were Kurt Brown of Jonesboro. He came Friday afternoon and went home Sunday. Melissa Martin came to visit and went home Sunday afternoon.

Ethan Clark assisted the Bussey Sharman Fire Department with a care fire Thursday afternoon.

The wild dogwood is beginning to bud out. They should be in full bloom by next weekend.
