Bryce Wagner (right), 18, of Magnolia on Monday night took home the Miss Columbia County Fair Queen crown at the 81st annual Columbia County Fair and Livestock Show. For the Junior Miss contest, Morgan Holly, 15, also of Magnolia, took the evening’s top youth prize. Wagner attends Southern Arkansas University and was stated as a local worship leader, a pre-law society member and a student activities board member at the university. She is the daughter of Jon and Christi Wagner. Holly is also involved in her school. She is a band, color guard, FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), and Upward Bound member at Magnolia High School. She is the daughter of Marcee and Robert Ross.
