Buddy Boldon and Mrs. Sherry Cummings of Rison announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Diane Cummings of White Hall, to Russell Neal Gregory, son of David and Emmalee Gregory of Magnolia. The bride- elect is the daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson “Bud” Cummings, Jr.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Kay Gregory of Lancaster, Texas, the late Homer “Rusty” Gregory, and the late Dr. Horace and Hazel Snider Beene.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Rison High School, a 2013 graduate of Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and a 2016 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Master of Social Work degree.
The prospective groom is a 2011 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 2015 graduate of Southetn Arkansas University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is a self-employed music teacher and worship leader at Immanuel Baptist Church.
The wedding will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 31, 2015, at the SAU Greek Theater with a reception to follow at the Baptist College Ministry. Invitations will be sent, and friends and relatives are invited to attend.
