Samuel Thomas “Tommy” Braswell, 62, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at UAMS. A sweet, funny, Southern gentleman of impeccable tastes, Tommy found his life calling as an interior designer. Born July 22, 1956, in Crowley, Louisiana, Tommy was the youngest child of the late Joe Ned and Elaine Bateman Braswell.
Tommy is survived by his partner of forty-two years, Marshall Peters; sister Rebecca Foster (John), nephew Matt Foster, nieces Linsay Foster (Siona) Tusieseina, and Lynn Braswell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Ned and David Braswell.
Visitation will be held at noon before the Wednesday memorial service at 1 pm at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, 4823 Woodlawn, Drive, Little Rock, with arrangements by Ruebel Funeral Home.
