Three Magnolia cheerleaders flipped during football action at Monticello last week. The cheerleaders support the Panthers as the team is off to at 3-0 start for the first time since 2006. Magnolia is off this Friday, but has a huge home game on Sept. 21 against Arkansas High (2-1). The Razorbacks are also off this week. After starting the season 2-0 with wins over Shiloh Christian and Liberty-Eylau, the Razorbacks fell 43-35 to Texas High. The 5A-South Conference opener at Panther Stadium will start at 7 p.m. The Razorbacks are picked to win the conference this season, while the Panthers are tagged to finish sixth.
