The Magnolia junior varsity football Panthers are scheduled to play their first game of the season tonight at Camden Camden Fairview, beginning at 7 p.m.
The MJHS 8th grade JV team will also play today, at 5:30 p.m. in Camden.
The rest of the JV schedule includes Sept. 17 at Texarkana, Sept. 24 at El Dorado, Oct. 1 at Camden Fairview, Oct. 8 home against Hope, Oct. 15 home against Texarkana and Oct. 22 home against Monticello.
All JV games are played on Monday nights, starting at 7 p.m.
In another football-related note, the Magnolia 7th grade Cubs will start their season on Saturday at home against El Dorado, beginning at 10 a.m.
The 7th grade schedule also inlcude Sept. 22 at El Dorado, Sept. 29 at home against Camden Fairview and Oct. 20 in Camden for a jamboree that will also include El Dorado and Texarkana.
