Billy Ray Parker, 68, of Magnolia passed away, August 29, 2018, in Magnolia.
He was born August 2, 1950, to Samuel Sr. and Lizzie Mae Thomas Parker
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Barbara Ann Turner, Almeda Campbell; and a grandson.
He is survived by children Marlon Turner of Baltimore, Md., Eanda Lewis, Billy Jean Parker of Magnolia; siblings Charles Parker of Texarkana, Texas, Samuel James Jr. Parker of Magnolia, James Paul Brewer of Longview, Texas, and Ronnie Parker of Seattle, Wash.; a lifelong friend of over 45 years and her children; six grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
Services will be Saturday September 8, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Marks Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia with clergy of Rev. Ronnie G. Parker. Services are under the direction of Marks Funeral Home of Magnolia.
