The public bathrooms to the left of the image are starting to come together as construction continues. More ground work and other brick work is slated for the coming days. In total, the area is estimated at 110 feet by 54 feet, or roughly 6,000 square feet, and stretches from the eastern facing N. Jefferson Street to the rear alleyway. Aside from the public, industrial strength bathrooms set to be built in the new park, a new stage and storage space will be constructed at the western, rear area of the new landscape. The feature will have the ability serve as a potential host for future Blossom Festival musical acts and other downtown entertainment spectacles in the years to come. A water feature and grassy areas are also set to be featured throughout the Square Park. Security will also be provided by robust fencing and a surveillance system.
