A Miller County man missing since Wednesday, Oct. 3, has been found safe in Bethany, Missouri.
According to Lafayette County authorities, the 82-year-old was discovered by a local law officer after a Tuesday night traffic stop.
Bethany, Missouri, sits approximately 30 miles south of the Iowa border in the northwestern corridor of the state. The town of 3,200 is 90 miles northeast of Kansas City.
Prevoe was last seen by his granddaughter on Oct. 3, when he left from a Lewisville address in a white 2000 GMC extended cab full-size pickup ”to get something to eat.”
The 6’1” 135-pound Prevoe was also stated to suffer from dementia.
