The Lady Tigers (29-3) used three hits and two stolen bases in the fifth inning to beat Concord 2-1 last Friday and claimed the program’s fifth state title. Taylor Coach Adam Camp said following the game that he figured the score would be 2-1 or 13-12 because two great teams had reached the finals. This year’s softball state finals were played at the Benton Sports Complex.
