The Panthers have beaten the Bobcats twice this season and the two will meet again tonight in the first round of the 5A-South District Tournament in Hot Springs. Tip-off is set for 8:30 p.m. The winner advances to the second round and qualifies for next week's Class 5A State Tournament, while the loser's season comes to an end. The Panthers are the second seed in the tournament and the Bobcats are seeded seventh. The winner plays again at 8:30 p.m. Thursday. The sixth-seed Lady Panthers will battle third-seed De Queen at 7 p.m. Tuesday, with the winner playing again at the same time on Thursday.
