Carrie (Wright) Crisp, 66, of Magnolia, AR, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, AR.
Carrie was born on January 6, 1952 in Magnolia, AR to the late Joel Thomas and Maggie Virdell (Bissell) Wright. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church, was an avid fisherman, and loved her grandchildren.
Carrie was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter Carley Shianne Crisp. She is survived by her husband James Crisp of Magnolia, AR; children, Doug Crisp of Magnolia, AR, Shane Crisp and wife Kim of Magnolia, AR, and Jennifer Byrnside and husband Nick of Farmerville, LA; grandchildren, Ceciley Marlar, Colton Crisp, Cristal Crisp, Emily Holcomb, Tyler Holcomb, Abigail Holcomb, Jasmine Crisp, and Ivy Crisp; four great grandchildren; brother Jim Wright and wife Mollie of Waldo, AR; sisters, Incy Johnson, Phyllis Hight and Dorothy Chaffin and husband Lyndell all of Magnolia, AR; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Lyndell Chaffin officiating. Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia, AR. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. Pallbearers will be Colton Crisp, Ken Johnson, Larry Crisp, Jacob Davis, Rusty Davis, and Cameron Davis.
