CCS students learn about community helpers

Columbia Christian School students in grades K-3 had a great time last week learning about their communities and community helpers. Members of the Magnolia Fire Department, Police Department, and the Columbia County Ambulance Service came and talked to the students about their jobs and what it means to be a community helper. The students loved asking questions and they especially enjoyed seeing the fire truck, police truck, and ambulance up close. School leaders said they are grateful for community helpers and appreciate them providing the fun experience for CCS students.
