Lady Panthers play volleyball match

EL DORADO - Magnolia blanked El Dorado 3-0 in volleyball Tuesday afternoon, moving its conference mark to 4-3.

The Lady Panthers defeated the Lady Wildcats by scores of 25-7, 25-6, 25-15.

Jacii Powell led in digs with 11, followed by four from Raylee May. Kristin Smith, Brittany Yates and Kayleigh Sneed had three apiece.

May led in kills with eight, Trinity Easter followed with six and Sneed had five. Tia Hunter and Chassidy Jermany provided four apiece.

Powell had nine serve aces and May finished with six.

In junior varsity action, the Lady Panthers won by scores of 25-6, 25-20.

Tiffany Erwin had two digs, while Lauren Chambliss, Hannah Brigham and Gracie Price produced one apiece.

In kills, Callie Barnett led with eight. Anna Dodson, Alexis Martin, Erwin and Brigham had two each.

Emory Smith and Brigham led in serve aces with six each. Erwin had five and Barnett added three.

Magnolia will host Arkansas High in a conference match next Tuesday at Panther Arena.
