Area Agency on Aging of South West Arkansas will hold its 3rd Annual Magnolia Blossom Festival Health Fair on the Columbia County Courthouse lawn 10 a.m.-2 p.m. For more information, contact Pam Schulz at 870-234-7410, ext. 114.

You are invited to the Magnolia High School Fifty-Plus Reunion to be held in the Reynolds Center on the SAU campus during the Magnolia Blossom Festival. Magnolia Arts will host the 67th Annual Art Show. Forms are available on website. Events are as follows: Art mobile will be across the street from the arts center May 17-20 at 6 p.m. Free Tommy Terrific magician Saturday, 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Annual Steak Dinner inside the Magnolia Arts Center at 6 p.m., doors open at 5 p.m.

TUESDAY - May 23

Families and Children Together Inc. (FACT Inc.) has scheduled a joint meeting of the board of directors and policy council at 11:30 a.m. to be held at the FACT Inc. central office at 2720 Vine Street in El Dorado. This meeting is open to the public.

Compassion’s Foundation Inc. Living Water Domestic Violence Shelter will hold its Salad Luncheon at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Greer’s Chapel United Methodist Church will host a Laundry Love Event 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Main Street Laundry, 1109 E. Main in Magnolia. Coins and laundry detergent will be provided for up to 3 normal loads per family. Come by to do your laundry for FREE.

WEDNESDAY - May 31

Unity Church Magnolia will host a community event 6-8 p.m. at East Side Park, including inflatables, snow cones, food, prizes, games, rock climbing wall, and more. Everything is free and everyone is welcome.

SATURDAY - June 3

Logoly State Park will hold the Annual Kid’s Fishing Derby beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending around noon. The derby is limited to 50 contestants. The derby is free but registration is a MUST. The Magnolia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. is accepting applications for the 2017-2018 school year for students attending Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia.
