The City of McNeil, along with the Festival on the Rails, will hold a city-wide clean-up Saturday, April 1, beginning at 10 a.m.
Everyone should meet in front of City Hall for information. This is in conjunction with “Keep Arkansas Beautiful.” Everyone is encouraged to come out and help support the town.
