OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – SAU freshman golfer Kade Johnson improved each round of the Broncho Invitational, culminating with a one-over 73 in Tuesday's final round. In doing so, Johnson was the top finisher for the Muleriders and garnered a Top-25 overall finish tying for 23rd with a three-round score of 227.
As a team, the Muleriders finished 15th out of the 17-team field.
Johnson's one-over 73 in the final round was the lowest score for a Mulerider at the event.
Luke Williams joined Johnson in improving each round as he shot a four-over 76 in the final round to end with a three-round score of 237.
