Local Columbia County NAACP President Terry Williams (left) presents $500 to Ben Wafer, winner of the Claudel Woods Endowment Scholarship fundraiser prize. Drawing for the prize was held on September 28. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward the scholarship endowment at Southern Arkansas University administered by the SAU Foundation.
