Several senior members of the 1996 Magnolia Panther football team, along with the homecoming queen, gathered together Friday night at Magnolia's homecoming game against Watson Chapel. They witnessed the Panthers upset the league-leading Wildcats 21-14 in overtime. The victory kept Magnolia's hope for a state playoff berth alive. The Panthers will travel to De Queen Friday night to battle the Leopards and close the regular season at home against Hope. Both games will begin at 7 p.m.
